What do we do?

What do we do?

Help clients get their share of the overpaid tax held by the IRD. And provide an efficient, cost-effective, no-risk service for thousands of clients.

What are the benefits?

Ensuring people get what they're legally owed.

Four out of five people get a tax refund. The average refund is around $400.

What do you need to do?

Simply provide your IRD number, your driver's licence details or other photo ID for verification purposes and an authority to operate.

And how long does it take?

Usually within 5 working days. Delays can sometimes be caused by the IRD such as the 2010 tax year. The IRD do not release the funds for this year until late June. We guarantee to have the funds for your other tax years into your bank account within 10 days if you have provided your  bank account number subject to IRD availibilty. If we don't we won't charge you a fee!

Why should I do this as an employer?

It's providing a bonus for many of your staff at no cost to you, plus it will make your employees feel good about you.

Our Fees

There is no upfront fee. We deduct any fees owing from your refund. No refund - no fee.

We charge 19.5% to a maximum of $400, and a minimum of $19 per return, per year. Our fees are deductible expenses which means that you will only pay approximately 15%.

If you received withholding tax payments or were not in the country for the full year there is a minimum charge of $100 as you are required to file a tax return.

If you are under 18 and currently at school the fee is a maximum of $25 per year.
